Tier I

A service plan that is designed for the absent condominium or town home owner who is looking for interior security and utilities inspections, general repair services, as well as seasonal maintenance of the heating/ ventilation/ and air-conditioning systems.

Services Performed

  • Weekly property security check

  • Weekly check of HVAC functionality, verify temperature settings, refrigerator/freezer operation, exercise taps and toilets to ensure water in the traps.





Tier II

This package is ideally suited for the part-time resident or the vacation homeowner. This plan features four security inspection checks a month, with the addition of arranging exterior and landscape maintenance.

Services Performed

  • Weekly property security check.

  • Weekly check of HVAC functionality, verify temperature settings, refrigerator/freezer operation, exercise taps and toilets to ensure water in the traps.

  • Weekly watering and basic indoor and outdoor houseplant care.

  • Replace HVAC filters bi-monthly.

  • Weekly Mail and Package Service.

  • Home preparation and departure service. (Open house prior to arrival to set temperatures, turn off security alarm, stock fireplaces, hot tub temperature checks, and turn on lighting. Secure the property upon departure, general tidying, activate alarm system. Limit 1 opening - closing services per month.)

  • Vehicle Exercise; Start and run 2 vehicles for 10 minutes twice/month.






Tier III

Our ultimate package, designed for the vacation estate owner. This package offers four security and property inspections per month, with additional attention to interior detailing, exterior preventive maintenance, and comprehensive automobile care.

Services Performed

  • Weekly property security check includes digital photographs and inspection report as specified by, and e-mailed to, the customer after each inspection.

  • Weekly check of HVAC functionality, verify temperature settings, refrigerator/freezer operation, exercise taps and toilets to ensure water in the traps.

  • Maintain interior and exterior light bulbs.

  • Replace HVAC filters bi-monthly.

  • Weekly Mail and Package Service.

  • Home preparation and departure service. (Open house prior to arrival to set temperatures, turn off security alarm, stock fireplaces, hot tub temperature checks, and turn on lighting. Secure the property upon departure, general tidying, activate alarm system. Limit 3 opening - closing services per month.)

  • Vehicle Exercise; Start and run 2 vehicles for 10 minutes twice/month.

  • Key Holder Service (Respond to and document 2 security alarm activation calls per month; advise owner/contact person as warranted. Additional calls will incur additional expenses of $45 per Hour
